JI-P0 - Student Demonstrations and Strikes

Students involved in a demonstration or strike at school shall be directed back to their normal activities by the School Principal or designate.

Students not following this directive shall be subject to disciplinary actions.

The School Principal and/or any other staff member deemed appropriate should meet with a representative group from the students to discuss the reasons for the strike or demonstration, and follow up with appropriate measures as required.  (See also JG)
