SECTION J: School Administration
A student who has been expelled from school in another school division or school district shall not be admitted to any Prairie Spirit School Division school until:
A Schools of Choice application has been completed (if non-resident); (See JC-P1)
all the student’s records have been received, and
a determination can be made regarding the appropriateness of the student’s placement in a Prairie Spirit School Division school.
The Principal of the school concerned and the Superintendent’s department shall make that determination.
