HD-P0 - Privileges of Staff Negotiating Organizations

Staff negotiating organizations have the permission of the Board to use, to a reasonable extent, those Division facilities and services which are necessary to carry on negotiations.

More specifically, these privileges involve the use of school room space for negotiating meetings, the use of inter-school mail facilities, and the use of duplicating equipment.

These privileges will be exercised only with the approval of the Principal of the school(s) involved.
