GEN-P0 - Suspension of Support Staff Members

The Board has the right to suspend a support staff member for proper and sufficient cause. In case of an emergency, the Senior Administration, with the concurrence of the Chair of the Board, may suspend an employee.  Such suspension is to be reported to the ward trustee(s) as soon as possible, and to the Board at its next regular meeting.
