GCT-P0 - Dismissal of Professional Staff Members

If it becomes necessary to dismiss a professional staff member, such dismissal shall be according to procedures outlined in the Teacher-General and Limited Term Teacher-General agreements, and the appropriate sections of the Public Schools Act. [PSA 92(4)] [Employment Standards Code, 62, 67 (2)]
