GCS-P0 - Suspension of Professional Staff Members

The Board has the right to suspend a Teacher for proper or sufficient cause. [Teacher agreements]

In case of an emergency, the Superintendent’s department may, with the concurrence of the Chair of the Board, suspend any employee.  Such suspension is to be reported to the ward Trustee(s) as soon as possible, and to the Board at its next meeting.
