Professional staff members may be assigned to any position in any part of the Division. Transfers will be made in accordance with the terms of the Collective Agreement.
The Board will consider requests by the professional staff for change of assignment or transfer, whenever practicable. In order to facilitate this process, professional staff may complete the Intention sheet (see Exhibit GCL-E1) and remit to their principal by February 15th or otherwise indicate their intentions to the Superintendent's Department by March 15th.
