Prairie Spirit School Division recognizes the important of a healthy balance between work and personal time. In order to help support and encourage a positive balance, the Board supports the staff in waiting until the next school day in responding to communications.
In the case of urgent matters, staff may respond before the next school day.
Communications includes but is not limited to emails, SMS messaging and phone calls.
