GBI-P1 - Staff Complaints and Grievances
Any staff member will be allowed to bring a legitimate complaint or grievance before the Board, having first:
Brought the complaint or grievance to the attention of the supervisor;
Allowed the supervisor sufficient time to solve the conflict;
Taken the appropriate steps to place that item on the agenda.
