EFA-P0 - Insurance Management Property and Transportation

The Board shall maintain adequate insurance to protect the School Division and its Board against loss due to fire, damage to school property, or other situations, occurrences or actions for which the Board, while acting on behalf of the School Division, may be legally liable.  Coverage is obtained through the Manitoba Schools Insurance Program operated by the Manitoba Association of School Trustees and through Manitoba Public Insurance.
