The Secretary Treasurer of a school district, school division and any other person to whom a school board entrusts school monies, shall be bonded by an insurer licensed to undertake guarantee insurance in the province to secure the due keeping, accounting for, and paying over of, all school moneys or property that come into his/her hands.
