Please note that any medications should be brought to Magnolia's nurses' office beginning at the start of the next school year.
Please note that complete payment is due by September 11, 2026. You may fill out the form and bring your payment to Magnolia Intermediate School (or the District Office in the summer). We accept cash, check, and Venmo - Scan the QR above. Please contact vmcknight@prsd.us if you need a form sent to you digitally for you to print out, OR pick one up at the Magnolia Intermediate School Office.
