We anticipate flying out of NYC on Tuesday 4/16. Flights have not yet been booked, however options have been evaluated and we are prepared to book when we have confirmation we will attend. We do not currently have information on our hotel assignment, however are on the waitlist. As teams realize they are not qualifying for World Championships, they will release hotel blocks back to FIRST who will then redistribute them to us. The hotels we have requested are within walking distance of the venue, and we will walk back and forth each day. We will be unable to accommodate housing for family members in our hotel block.

Our return flight will be on 4/21, returning us to NYC. We expect to return to PRMHS by 9PM.

Many details are still being nailed down, we will not know our qualification status until the evening of 4/6. If we do qualify for World Championships, the week following District Championships will be a rush to prepare as we load up our robot and tools for World Championships.
