Client and Success Support Team

The Client Success & Support Team (CSST) acts as the liaison between our district clients and PLI teachers. CSST provides you with ongoing support throughout the school year.

The CSS Team's responsibilities include:

• Overseeing class setup and teacher assignments

• Training in-class facilitators

• Managing client relationships and third-party integrations

• Managing PLI content and working with schools to make sure it aligns to their standards

• Visiting our schools in-person to ensure the program is running smoothly

• Providing support to our Sales, Tech, Marketing, Operations and Department Leadership teams.

Many of the CSST members are former teachers and all have several years of experience in the online education industry. They frequently visit our school sites to make sure our classes are running smoothly and are in constant communication with the district and school administration and school facilitators.
