Step-by-Step Process

Meet with Your Counselor
We want to gather all the details so we can help direct you to the right path.
Naviance or Google Form Link
- University Applications: Sent via Naviance (unless requesting paper transcripts).
- Scholarships / Paper Transcripts: Require filling out the Google form link.
Be as Detailed as Possible
Make sure to detail exactly what, when, and where to send your transcript. Be as detailed as possible when filling out forms.
Scholarship / Paper Transcript Pick Up
You will receive a Google Chat message when your transcript is ready for pick up.

Direct Messaging Your Coach

Open the sportsYou app and open your team's group.
Tap the Messages icon or select Chats.
Select your coach's name from the directory, add them as a contact to start a direct message, then create a message for private updates or schedule questions.

How do I get IT support and assistance with school technology?

Our Information Technology Office (ITO) handles all technology support for students, parents, faculty, and staff—including school accounts, student devices, and online platforms like PlusPortals.

There are numerous ways for parents, guardians, alumnae, and supporters to get involved in our school community! Whether you want to join a committee, participate in a booster club, or simply sign up for individual events, here is who to contact based on your area of interest:

Student Service Hours: To learn more about service requirements, opportunities, and recording hours, contact Sr. Melissa. mcessac@providencecatholicschool.net
Class Projects & Events: To get involved with activities specific to your daughter’s grade level, reach out to the Student Officers or the Class Sponsor Teachers for her grade.
