My name is Jeremy, I am an experienced Session Musician and Songwriter available for commissions, based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
My musical career so far has included contributions to: rock, soul and funk bands, choirs, orchestras, klezmer groups, rappers and more.
I have performed at events across the United Kingdom and Europe, including sets at Cheltenham Jazz Festival and Wychwood Festival in Gloucestershire, intimate gigs at venues in Copenhagen and Barcelona, and a massed enesmble performance at Royal Albert Hall, London.
Alongside Rob Grady, my songwriting and recording skills in Yeti's Breakfast have been met with acclaim from news sites such as Music Crowns and The Stumble Upon, and in 2019 I and 3 co-writers won the 'Song of the Year Award' at the UoG Popular Music Awards.
Over the course of my musical career, I have developed a reputation for my flexibility and enthusiasm as a musician, implementing my multi-instrumentalism into projects of vastly different genres and styles.
I can offer my skills on a variety instruments:
Guitar (Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Twelve String Guitar)
Bass (Electric Bass, Ukulele Bass, Footbass)
Ukulele (Soprano Ukulele, Guitalele)
Keyboards (Piano, Electric Keyboard, Melodica)
Saxophone (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Baritone)
Voice (Lead Vocals, Backing Vocals, Choral Vocals)
Yeti's Breakfast is a duo consisting of Rob Grady and myself. This collaboration grew out of our work together with The Joey Bill (in which Rob plays drums and I play keyboards). We are both multi-instrumentalists and wanted an avenue to explore different sounds and musical combinations. Yeti’s Breakfast was the result.
