Any Prosper ISD teacher (full-time)
One application per teacher for the 2025–2026 school year
Past grant recipients are eligible to apply again
Team or grade-level projects are welcome (submit one application per project)
Up to $1,000 per grant
Requests over $1,000 may be considered by the PEF Grant Committee.
Funding decisions are based on:
Impact Potential – How will this project meaningfully improve student learning and outcomes?
Creativity – Does the idea bring something innovative, engaging, or out-of-the-box to the classroom?
Alignment with Mission –
PEF Mission: To support and encourage educational excellence, achievement, and innovation in Prosper ISD.
Prosper ISD Mission: To develop and graduate motivated, academically prepared individuals with the strength of character to make contributions to a rapidly changing society through an educational system that maintains high expectations, provides quality instruction and establishes a safe, orderly learning environment in the community that lives its name.
To apply, make sure:
Your campus principal approves your application before it is submitted through the PEF Grant portal.
Once submitted, all applications will be routed to Curriculum & Instruction and the Technology Department (if applicable) to ensure district alignment.
Please note:
Teaching & Learning and/or Technology may decline requests that do not align with district standards.
Applications can be stopped at this stage before reaching PEF for review.

🚫 PEF does not fund:
Continuing education or tuition reimbursement
Flexible furniture (unless integral to project)
Basic school supplies (crayons, markers, paper, whiteboards, expo markers, pencils, etc).
Food or snacks (unless integral to project)
Technology without Prosper ISD Tech Department approval
