What is Student Council?
Student council is a group of students that promote activities for the betterment of the school, community, state, and nation; bring about closer cooperation between the faculty and the student body; cooperate with administration in addressing problems concerning the school and the student body; promote a desire for good citizenship in each individual student of Rock Hill High School; create and maintain school spirit and loyalty; provide a forum for student expression; and develop leadership skills in its members.
What does RHHS Student Council do?
Raise Awareness: Cancer, Drugs and Alcohol Effects, Mental Wellness
Host events celebrating members of school and surrounding community: Veterans, Cultural Diversity, Educators, Service members
Plan Student Spirit Activities: Senior Sunrise & Sunset, dress up day themes, pep rally games
Homecoming Week: Court, Court Parade Float, Decorations, Daily Student Activities
Donation Drives
