Makerspace

Makerspace is all about giving students the opportunity and teaching them to think creatively, with purpose and collaborate with their peers on projects.  These projects use various tools and media such as legos, building tools, computer tools as well as art to express themselves and find do-it-yourself solutions to challenges.  Maker Mornings are offered at Baker Elementary each morning before school from 7:15 am until the bell rings for one grade level at a time.  Students also have a chance during their scheduled library time to participate in Makerspace with their class as well.  We will return in the FALL with more Makerspace offerings.  Please see the Maker Space calendar for your student's day.  Happy creating!
