All schools entered into an event must provide graders in that event.

All students and parents who are waiting should remain in the cafeteria  when not competing.

Students should report to their room 15 minutes before their event is supposed to start. 

Note that we will not hold tests for students that are cross-entered nor will we interrupt the testing environment to allow students in late.  Students, coaches, and coordinators should make sure that a student is not cross entered in events happening at the same time.
