في عام 2012 شاركت في تأليف كتاب باللغة العربية بعنوان "مخازن التبريد" مع د. عمر الرابغي. نُشر الكتاب عن طريق مركز النشر العلمي في جامعة الملك عبد العزيز بجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. تتوفر نسخة رقمية مجانية منه هنا. وتتناول المحاضرة الحالية أيضاً موضوع " مخازن التبريد"، ولقد تم إعدادها بدعم كبير من مواقع الذكاء الاصطناعي، وخاصة DeepSeek  وGemini ، حيث ساعدتني هذه المواقع في توفير الوقت وإغناء عمق المحتوى. ولقد قمت بمراجعة جميع المواد التي حصلت عليها من مواقع الذكاء الاصطناعي بعناية وبتعديل أوامري التفاعلية معها حسب الحاجة قبل إدراج أي محتوى في هذه المحاضرة.

في عصر تتزايد فيه تكاليف البناء والتركيز على الاستدامة، أصبح السعي لتحقيق التكلفة المثلى للمشاريع الإنشائية أكثر أهمية من أي وقت مضى. و تبرز الهندسة القيمية، ليس كمجرد أداة لخفض التكاليف، بل كمنهجية تركز على وظيفة المشروع مع العمل علي تعظيم قيمته على مدار دورة حياته بالكامل. ولقد تم إعداد هذه المحاضرة بعنوان "الهندسة القيمية في المشاريع الإنشائية"، لتوفير فهم شامل لمبادئ الهندسة القيمية وتطبيقاتها العملية في بيئة البناء.
