Ever wondered what wildlife is thriving in your city? One way to learn about what is in your backyard is to team up with other people to explore nature through the City Nature Challenge! The competition has been running since 2016, beginning in California, and growing into an international event. This year people will be participating from Antarctica to India!
Ingredients
1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 package (8oz) cream cheese softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Fruit (2 kiwi peeled, halved, then sliced, 1 cup quartered strawberries, 1 cup
Blueberries)
1/2 cup apple jelly
Instructions
1. Preheat over to 350° and spray pan.
2. Press cookie dough into pan within 1/2 inch of edges. Bake at 350° 16-20 minutes until
golden brown, then cool on cooling rack for about 30 minutes.
3. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla on medium until fluffy. Then spread on
cooled crust evenly.
4. Arrange fruit over pizza.
5. Stir jelly until smooth, then spoon or brush over fruit.
6. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
7. Slice and enjoy!
