Occupational safety and health or occupational health and safety is a multidisciplinary field concerned with the safety, health, and welfare of people at work. Physical examination – The job candidate will undergo a physical exam that typically includes a check of vital signs like blood pressure and heart rate, an assessment of height and weight, and an examination of various body systems such as the cardiovascular, respiratory and musculoskeletal systems.
Also known as the Mantoux test, this test requires two visits to a health care provider. The TB vaccine can cause a false-positive result. During the test, a fluid is injected into the skin on the inner forearm, and the patient returns in 48–72 hours for a reaction check. A positive result may be indicated by firm swelling and redness at the injection site.
TB blood test Also known as an Interferon Gamma Release Assay (IGRA), this test can be used instead of a skin test. There are two types of TB blood tests: QuantiFERON®-TB and T-SPOT®. TB.

Respirator fit testing is a procedure that verifies that a respirator fits comfortably and provides the expected protection to the wearer. It measures the seal between the respirator's facepiece and the wearer's face to ensure that contaminants don't leak into the facepiece.
