Step to download cash app:

How to Sign-up on this cash app?
Open the Cash app.
Now, enter email or phone number.
Then, a code will be sent via mail or message respectively.
Further, link bank account by entering debit card details.
Choose a username as '$Cashtag'.
Eventually, put in ZIP Code.

Activate Cash App Card using QR Code
Head on to the app, perform Cash App Login steps.
Then, on home screen, go to 'Cash Card' tab.
Select 'Activate Cash Card'.
Click 'OK' to permit app to use camera.
Now, scan the QR code.
Activate Cash App Card without QR Code
On Cash App home screen, select 'Cash Card' tab.
Then after, click the green Activate button.
Select 'Activate without QR code'.
Look at back of your physical card & put in the CVV.
