Incentive Pay
*Eligible after one month of employment with Prompt Parcel, LLC*
Weekly metrics will be used to calculate the previous weeks incentive pay hours. The program is designed to ensure each employee eligible is guaranteed at least 32 hours per week while working 4 days a week. (adjustments will be made for less days worked per week).
Additional hours will appear as “bonus hours”
If your hours total greater than 32 hours for that week, no adjustment will be made.
Any additional days worked beyond the 4 days will all be calculated as additional hours above the 32 hours.
** If a red-light safety infraction or multiple other safety infractions for the day are received; you will be removed from your next scheduled shift **

Photo-on-Delivery Compliance: The number of usable (i.e. presentable to the customer) POD (Photo-on-delivery) photos taken, divided by total POD opportunities.
Contact Compliance: Measurement of all calls and texts that were made by a DA through the Flex app in the numerator and take the total packages delivered with a call or text, as well as packages not delivered due to UTA, UTL or NSL as the total opportunities (denominator).
Attended Delivery Anomaly: The count of routes which the DA delivered that week which the DA used an Attended Delivery Scan Codes (e.g. delivered to customer) at an egregiously high rate for a route.
Customer Delivery Feedback: The CDF metric captures customer sentiment towards the delivery experience. It is calculated as a percentage of the overall Positive Response Rate (PRR).
Speeding Event Rate: The average number of speeding instances incurred by a DA per route. A speeding instance is speeding 10 Miles per Hour (MPH) or more.
Seatbelt Off Rate: The average number of times per route a DA did not wear their seatbelt. It is calculated as the total number of ‘seatbelt off instances’ a DA incurred for the week, divided by the total number of routes a DA completed. A ‘seatbelt off instance’ is any time the vehicle accelerated faster than 6mph and the driver’s seatbelt was not buckled.
