Below are the on-road safety infractions & Amazon and Prompt Parcel policies.

Major infractions

• Red light

• Illegal U-turn

• No stop at a stop sign(more than 15 MPH through sign)

• Driving 85+ MPH

Minor infractions

• Speeding

• Not wearing seatbelt

• Not maintaining safe following distance

• Rolling stop (1-14 MPH through sign)

• Distracted driving (talking on phone, looking at phone, looking down)

Amazon on road safety

• Accumulating 5 safety infractions in 10 shifts will result in account suspension, mandatory assigned safety training and loss of next driving shift.

• Accumulating 3 minor driving infractions in 1 shift will result in your route being paused, account suspension, mandatory assigned safety training and loss of next driving shift.

• Accumulating 2 major no stop sign infractions in 1 shift will result in your route being paused, account suspension, mandatory assigned safety training and loss of next driving shift.

• Accumulating 1 severe traffic light infraction (running a red light) or driving 85+ miles per hour will result in your route being paused, account suspension, mandatory assigned safety training and loss of next driving shift.

Prompt Parcel on road safety

• Accumulating 3 on road infractions in 1 WORK week (Sunday-Saturday) will result in a loss of your next driving shift.

• Accumulating 2 driving infractions in 1 shift will result in the loss of your next driving shift.

• Accumulating 1 major safety infraction will result in the loss of your next driving shift.

Failure to follow established safety protocols will result in immediate disciplinary action, including write-ups and up to termination. There are no exceptions. These rules are in place to protect everyone, and it is your responsibility to follow them at all times.
