Which expenses will be covered by the project?

The project covers the expenses for one participant for each company, such as:

  • roundtrip flight booking (economy class);
  • hotel accommodation, breakfast included (only for working days);
  • transfer from/to the airport and local transfer;
  • lunch and dinner (only for working days).

Which are the Italian counterparts?

Each buyer will receive the list of the italian companies attending the meetings and the agenda.

Which is the official language of the meetings?

Meetings will be held in English.

Which is the duration of each meeting?

Each meeting is about 10 - 15 minutes.

Is it possible to modify the agenda?

Each agenda is tailormade. It is based on the specific requests coming from buyer and seller and changes will be evaluated by the secretariat.

Is it possible to plan different arrival and/or departure schedule?

During the application each buyer has the possibility to inform the secretariat office about his/her needs.
