Completing the CA Dream Act Application (CADAA) or Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is super important to going to college. Over 85% of students in our district qualify for some kind of free money to go to college, but you'll never how much you COULD get if you don't apply! A successfully completed CADAA or FAFSA is also necessary for many private scholarships, so make sure you do your application by March 2nd!
The Student Summary is a summary of your financial aid application. It includes the Student Aid Index (SAI), estimated eligibility for state and/or federal grants and loans, and whether you have been selected for verification. No number next to the SAI means that there may be something incorrect or missing with the data and information provided in the FAFSA or CADAA. So reach out if you do not see an SAI, and we will help you out!
