Only your voice gets into your vault. Or your fingerprints, or a live picture of your face saying something, or any other safety feature you want to build in... or all of them. Biometrics aplenty... ways of making sure only you get to your information
It studies with every tool it can all input from whichever direction, voice, data, handwriting, etc, micro tremors in your voice, good indicators of many possible human emotions, fear, sadness, caring, anger, etc. It hears what's going on around you, if it can hear it it will do something with it.
On registering you will be given a private space to hold any data you feed in, whether it be voice data, paperwork, photos, or all the data on your computers*. I think we have over 1,000 different formats and types of data that we can accept.
*Large amounts of data will almost certainly require extra space and might need to be paid for in addition to the space offered with a standard account.

You will be provided with a phone number, an app and web portal. All you have to do is start talking. Once our kit recognises who you are from your voice it will immediately add anything you have said into your library/data storage space. Which means you can dial the number, start the app or go online and start talking straight away and it will already be doing its work to make sorting something out easier.
Once inside your private space you can say what you like. For as long as you like. The more the better as they say.
What should you talk about?
Anything you want to.
Talking about yourself and your life is a good way of helping the machine get a grasp on who you are as a person.
Explain your problem as you see it. Try to fill in details about any other people involved, or details about institutions involved... Our technology won't know your problem (unless it's a known problem in which case it will have ALL the data known about that problem), it's up to you to speak out.
If there are documents involved you can scan them and upload them or you can photograph them and upload them. Obviously, the clearer the better please.
You have to start talking to this bit of kit because it needs to get to know you. The more you talk the more it builds up a picture. As you talk it will ask questions, sometimes about the words you used or what you meant by a particular phrase.
Don't be surprised if the questions seem pointed and direct, or even a bit personal, the technology we want to use is a highly advanced form of the sort of technology you are now seeing in dolls and robots for sale this Christmas. Toys that remember things that they are told. That can reason using laws, rules, regulations, etc.
Our bit of kit does so much more. As you talk it really is listening. to everything, your breathing included.
You will have access to the best technology on the market by way of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Analytics of all sorts and any tools out there that can help do the whatever it is you want doing (We counted up some of the possible applications, algorithms, APIs, etc that could be bought into play to do what's needed for you and the list topped the 250,000 mark. That's a serious lot of power. Many are free to use but some will require payment for use of those services).
To join this club requires you to register your details, some details are mandatory and some are left to your own discretion. However, the more detail the technology has the more likely it is for IT to find an answer that works for YOU.

Whatever method of input you use will be highly limited in its usefulness because any analysis could be very likely to recognise you from any input found from you in the future however if you join the club you have a secure account
