HOW TO CONNECT YOUR BLUETOOTH BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR
Step 1: Open the app and enable Bluetooth
Open the Blood Pressure app. On the home screen, tap the Bluetooth icon in the top-right corner.
If prompted, tap Allow to grant the app Bluetooth permission — this lets it find and sync with your monitor.
💡 Make sure Bluetooth is also turned on in your phone's Settings → Bluetooth.

Step 2: Activate Bluetooth on your monitor
Make sure your blood pressure monitor is turned off before proceeding. Then press and hold the Bluetooth button for 3–5 seconds. Release the button when you see a flashing P on the screen. The button location varies by model — refer to the examples below or check your device manual.
Step 3: Pair the devices
Once the connection is established, you'll see a "Device Connected" message on the screen — tap Done to continue.
⚠️ Not all blood pressure monitors support Bluetooth connectivity. Compatibility depends on your device model and the manufacturer's marketing policy.
Step 4: Take a measurement
Place the cuff on your arm and start a measurement as usual. The reading will automatically sync and appear in the Blood Pressure app.
✅ You're all set! From now on, your monitor will sync measurements automatically whenever it's nearby and Bluetooth is enabled.
