Welcome to our second annual Invertebrate Insanity tournament! This year we will have 39 invertebrates in the tournament. With nearly 97% of the world's animals without a backbone, there is no shortage of invertebrates to choose from (over 1.25 million species). This year's tournament is sure to be amazing with organisms such as the ancient horseshoe crab, the minuscule water bear, and the wandering hobo spider. Remember, it's not the strongest that survive, it's those that are best FIT for their environment. Of course, there is some chance that goes with each battle, but isn't that life? Get ready for big changes to this year's tournament and keep your eye open for the bracket release on March 6th 2020!!
