Warranty Terms and Conditions for Yoobao Lazada PH Official Store
1. Yoobao undertakes the warranty for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchased by the customer (not transferable) under normal use. **
1.1 **(Except for Phone Batteries , Earphones, Power Stations which has only 1 month warranty from date of purchase)
2. This warranty extends only to purchases made through the official store of Yoobao in Lazada Philippines and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchase/customer made through other resellers. Please contact them directly.
3. Buyer is required to submit a warranty claim form (found here: https://goo.gl/forms/jagQYKu2WEEXlPNw1 ) and should ensure all information encoded is complete and factual. After 3-5 business days, we will get in touch with you regarding a confirmation. Any fraud or incomplete information will make your warranty claim form void.
4. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
a) Normal wear and tear of the equipment;
b) Usage of equipment other than its normal and customer manner;
c) Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification being carried out;
d) Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident however caused to product (including Antenna and hands free Kit);
e) Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alternation or modification of the product;
f) Spillage of food or liquid, corrosion, rust or the use of wrong voltage;
g) Lightning, accident or negligible use;
h) War, fire, typhoon, flood or earthquake;
i) Scratches or damage to plastic surface and all the other externally parts that are due to normal customer use;
j) Connection to a device not fit for use with the product.
5. All the related cost incidental and incurred thereto (without limitation to delivery and shipping, etc.) shall be borne by the Buyer.
6. During the warranty period, Yoobao will checked the validity of buyer's claim regarding the status of the product. If item is found defective and no other damages due to reasons stated in number four (4), Yoobao will replace the item with a brand new item. All replaced defective units shall become a property of Yoobao. (For the duration of the ECQ/GCQ, we will refund the amount of your item)
7. The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It will not be renewed after a replacement has been provided
9. The warranty will be null and void in any of the following events:
a) The product serial number and the accessories has been removed, erased, defaced, altered, missing or is illegible;
b) Any terms contained in this warranty has been altered or modified in without prior written consent of Yoobao;
c) Yoobao has not been notified by the consumer of the alleged defect or malfunction of the product during the applicable warranty period;
d) Unauthorized unlock or repairs done on the unit, liquid damage;
e) The defects caused by the fact that the battery has been short circuited or show evidence of tampering or scratches and surface damages on the product
10. Before returning any unit, be sure to have all the accessories complete and unit must be in its original box.
11. If you return the Product to Yoobao (a) without a return authorization from Yoobao or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, Yoobao retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the Product(s) and any incidental fees (shipping etc) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
Notes: All product purchased within 15 days from date of delivery should follow Lazada's Return Process for Replacement or Refund. There is no need to fill out a Warranty Claim Form,only orders passed the 15 days Lazada Warranty should submit a Yoobao Warranty Claim Form. Once the 15 days Lazada warranty has passed, items bought are not subject for Free Return.
