The Problem
Disagreements and conflicts between astronauts arise, but they may not go away because the astronauts are stuck with each other in a very stressful, confined space for 1 – 3 years at a time. Small problems can escalate into life-threatening scenarios. Everything is different in space and more difficult at times, so under these circumstances, it is even more likely for astronauts to get in disputes.
Our Solution
We are designing a Virtual Reality team building program known as VR Group Games, so astronauts will have to work closely with each other in a friendly,earth-like setting for a task to be solved. The goal is for astronauts to have fun, socialize and relieve some stress while strongly encouraging teamwork and respect. Rewards entice astronauts to play this highly beneficial game that solves nearly all psychological problems. It helps maintain a strong mental mindset. It contains many options such as the type of game (mystery, quest, minute to win it, etc.), setting (Grand Canyon, Mount Everest, etc), and level. We hand-picked the best team building games through research.
