I, Terri, the owner of To a T. Boutique, had the privilege of working for another online boutique that moved out of the area. That boutique, in addition to a couple others, inspired me to create my own boutique. To a T. Boutique will strive to provide quality fashion forward clothing and accessories at discount prices in the comfort of your own home, eliminating digging through the racks.
