We are only accepting a limited number of vendors. Vendors will be accepted based on a first come, first serve basis. A $20 fee is required to reserve a vendor's spot in order to help cover event costs and ensure that vendors are committed to the event.
We are looking for 3-4 varied food vendors, including desserts and different cuisine types. We are also looking for 3 non-food vendors, such as natural care products and art. Only vendors with an eco-friendly goal will be accepted (ex. vegan, vegetarian, organic, local products and foods)

The Smyrna Earth Day Festival plans on having multiple educational booths with interactive activities and demonstrations aimed at educating people of all ages about environmental issues. If you are interesting in volunteering or running one of these booths, please contact us and submit an application. Booths will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

The Smyrna Earth Day Festival's goal is to educate and bring awareness to the community about environmental issues. Vendors will be promoted on the Smyrna Earth Day Festival website and social media. They will be considered valuable sponsors that are vital to creating this unique event. We expect a few hundred people to come, so this is a great way to let the community know that your business cares about the environment! Educational booths present amazing opportunities to educate the local community about issues that you care about.

Additional Details
- Set up will be starting at 11:15 am the day of the event; the event starts at 10:00 am. The event ends and breakdown is at 4:00 pm.
- Vendors will need to provide their own tent, table, and chairs unless otherwise noted.
- Deadline is March 1st
- Vendor fee is $20 (this does not apply to educational booths)
- This must be made out to the Campbell High School Earth Club, a host organization of the event.
