Key Stage 3 (Year 7 - 9)

Year 7-8

Students in KS3 will be learning normally study a unit per term. The curriculum covers digital literacy, principles of computing and learning how to use digital software.

Year 9

Year 9 will embark on a on a bridge program. The bridge program introduced elements of the IGCSE ICT and IGCSE CS courses. The units are designed to give learners an idea of the differences between ICT and CS.

The program will help learners to make choice between ICT and CS at the end of the year.

Cambridge IGCSE ICT

In Year 9 and 10 learners will begin the IGCSE ICT course. The course consists of the following theory chapters:
