I am from a town of about 20,000 people, located 45 minutes northwest of Chicago. I graduated from Lake Zurich High School in 2013 (Go Bears!) before heading north for college.
I was lucky enough to be able to further my education at a quality college at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. I selected Communications as my major with a focus in Public Relations and I also added an Advertising minor to compliment my existing course work. Software Implementation Analyst: Nov. 2020 - Present
Responsible for all of the same implementation pieces as my previous role, with an increased focus on larger and more complex customer systems. Also selected for a number of pilot experiments that explored restructures to the implementation process, timeline and customer experience. Selected to an aspiring leadership development program designed to help understand the roles and responsibilities of leaders in the workforce.
Associate Software Implementation Analyst: Dec. 2018 - Nov. 2020
Responsible for implementing enterprise time and attendance software for companies of varying sizes. Tasked with hosting remote meetings and consulting customers on best practice for the software’s capabilities and ease of use. Work in a team setting to provide the best customer experience possible while following all compliance and state laws. Hold a book of business of around 25 implementations, including information gathering, system configuration, training and support. Includes an in-depth knowledge of technical systems and limited working with SQL.
Marketing Coordinator: July 2017 - Oct. 2018
As Marketing Coordinator, I was responsible for creating and organizing outward facing material for the company. This includes creating original content in digital advertising campaigns, promotional material, webinars, social media, copywriting, press releases, blogs and web design. Helped usher in nearly $175K worth of business through email campaigns. Tasked with unifying the brand’s image by using uniform wording and color schemes, and also incorporating product images. The marketing team is also performing extensive research in order to expand market share. Also a member of the team that is tasked with planning out attendance of industry trade shows. This includes procuring and distributing promotional materials and samples to potential customers at the show. Trained new hires on Pardot and provide monthly marketing report presentations to a group of 20 plus.
Student Lab Manager: Specializing in PR & Social Media: Dec. 2016 - May 2017
I was responsible for managing 20 lab attendants, 5 computer labs, and all outward facing material for the labs, including a professional Facebook and Twitter account. I created all original content, including photographs and videos and maintain a regular weekly schedule using Hootsuite.
Marketing Intern: May 2016 - August 2016
I performed market research and list building to help supplement the growing consumer base. I also created original digital advertising emails aligned with the marketing strategies. These emails included my own original copywriting and some graphic design. We used Constant Contact as a way to send them out to the vast audiences. I also did some cold calling to breweries throughout the nation as part of a new market the company is trying to enter.
