This is an Android application and as such it only works on Android devices.
This application is useful for quickly checking how much cable can be wound on a cable reel.
Warning: since the theory is an approximation of reality and since the cable is considered perfectly wound, I highly recommend that you maintain a safety margin by choosing a larger reel.

The first four boxes are required. If you only fill in the first four, the result will be the number of meters of cable that can be wound on the reel. The other boxes are optional.
If you fill in the fifth box, you get the total weight of the cable, to which the weight of the reel must be added if required.
If you fill in the sixth box, you cannot fill in the seventh box. Here, you set the margin between the wound cable and the diameter of the reel flange. This is useful to avoid damaging the cable when placing and moving the reel. This box will give you the maximum length of cable that can be wound on the reel, respecting the set margin.
If you do not fill in the sixth box, you can fill in the seventh box. Here, you set the length of the cable to be wound. This box will give you the margin between the wound cable and the diameter of the reel flange.
Warning: Since the theory is an approximation of reality (for many reasons...), and since the cable is considered perfectly wound (5% empty space between turns), I strongly recommend maintaining a safety margin by choosing a larger coil.
