About Jay

J_ usually looks at things in his life in a way that perhaps no one does. At the age of 10, he asked his dad "why heart keeps beating" or "why air is transparent"... He is keen on critical thinking and never accepts hasty solution.

J_ is calm and focused in a rushing situation. He memorizes different things as the backups to switch quickly when there are many paralel tasks. J_ simplifies and prioritizes complex things to make a plan when he goes.

J_ is kind and friendly. He loves working in an interactive and supportive team although he can also work independently. He always makes great efforts to contribute and he prefers to be a team leader.

J_ likes challenges. He analyses and connects different things to anticipate the results. He simulates the solutions virtually in his mind to forecast the way it goes. Then he compares the pros & cons to select a solution.
