Lack of proper hygiene essentials can lead to the cultivation of disease, especially when people are living in close quarters with others. For the benefit of the Urban Ministry Center, Roof Above, as well as Carolina Refugee Resettlement Agency, we will be conducting a hygiene kit drive that will comprise of the following items: a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, body soap, and a mask. Each hygiene kit is priced at $3 per kit, and our goal is to create 200 hygiene kits for these organizations by Thanksgiving. 

1 out of 5 girls miss educational opportunities due to lack of proper feminine hygiene products. Poor menstrual hygiene can also increase the chances of cervical cancer and life threatening infections in women. For the benefit of the Carolina Refugee Resettlement Agency as well as the Crisis Assitance Ministry we will be creating feminine hygiene kits filled with essentials for every girl in need. We will be collecting pads, tampons, liners, as well as sanitary wipes.
