Introduction
Dnyanpeeth Sarvajanik Vachanalay is a very famous (public) library in Pandharkawada. Although it started as a library, now it has become an inseparable part of the social and cultural life of the city, with its manifold programmes and schemes for the society - right from children to elders, from layman to scholars - in short for all cross sections of the society.
The library was founded in 2011. One of the pioneer libraries of Maharashtra, Dnyanpeeth Sarvajanik Vachanalay(Dnyanpeeth Public Library) has proliferated many libraries in Maharashtra.

· Number of Hindi, Marathi, Gujarathi and English papers, magazines, weeklies, bimonthlies is approximately 385
· Current membership - 40 members
· Membership fees - Rs. 150 deposit and Rs. 5.00 monthly fee
· Anybody above 18 years of age can become a member
· Special section for Diwali numbers; 150 issues are available usually
· Current number of books - 500
· Library Timings - 8 a.m. to 12 noon and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m
· Open on Sundays too
· No of visits by users - 500 to 600 daily
· Membership for Children below 18 years, Rs. 10 as deposit and Rs. 1.00 monthly fee
· Study Room membership for students - Term fee of Rs. 150.00 for six months
