I am an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Central Missouri, where I’ve been since 2015. Prior to moving to Missouri, I was an Eyes High Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Calgary. I earned my PhD at Florida State University and my undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I currently live in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, with my beautiful wife and our three wonderful children.
For fun, I enjoy the usual hobbies of your average economics professor—hiking, running, weightlifting, and alligator hunting.
I’m also a former Division-I wrestler. These days, I’m mostly retired, but I still make time to help my son perfect a sick double-leg and short offense.
