Kuo-Lin-Dynamical-Diffraction (KLDD)

  • KLDD is a GUI grogram used for simulating x-ray standing wave (XSW) effects of single crystals. The SW was generated through a Bragg reflection. The simulations of XSW effects are based on dynamical x-ray diffraction. The program can simulate the phase, reflectivity and photoemission rocking curves for certain Bragg reflection. This program has been developed and written by Cheng-Tai Kuo, Shih-Chieh Lin, and Charles. S. Fadley.
  • KLDD is free and can be downloaded directly from the GitHub website maintained by Shih-Chieh Lin (Link). People who are interested in this program are welcome to download and use it.
