The Bellingham Women of Today are a group of women who want to make a difference in our community and participate in personal development. We hold general meetings in the Upper Town Hall on the second Monday of each month where we brainstorm ideas on how to raise money, discuss who to make donations to, coordinate volunteer opportunities, and plan personal enrichment and social nights.
In short, we like to tell people "we raise money to give it away to a good cause!" As such, we host a variety of low-cost or free community events, partner with local organizations and charities to give donations or volunteer with, and are always looking for new ideas on how we can increase our outreach and impact.
The Bellingham Women of Today is a local chapter of the Massachusetts Women of Today which was founded in 1985 and is incorporated into the national organization of United States Women of Today.
