Missing Newsletters

Is your newsletter missing?

A number of avid readers of the newsletter have reported that they are unable to find the newsletter in their inbox.

The most common reason is because the email system you are using thinks it knows better. Investigation of the issue where the email system used by the recipient has thrown up several reasons :

1. The email system thinks it is spam and puts the mail in your junk or spam folder

2. The email system classifies the email as “social”, “promotional”, “advertising” and doesn’t display it directly to your inbox. You have to click on the appropriate folder or classification.

To avoid these two above issues, ensure you add secretary.bhcc@gmail.com to your contacts ist.

If you haven’t put secretary.bhcc@gmail.com in your contacts list yet, you can find the emails by typing secretary in your email systems search bar. This should display a list of all the emails that have come from secretary.bhcc@gmail.com.

If you use gmail, you can easily add secretary.bhcc@gmail.com to your contacts list by hovering over secretary.bhcc@gmail.com in the senders email address. This will display an address box with an “add to contacts” button. Click on that and the address will be added to your google contacts.

Other reasons you may not receive the newsletter may be because :

1. You have provided an incorrect email address or it has been incorrectly entered into the system

2. Your email server may have bounced the email. This may be because the server is unavailable or your inbox is full.
