Peter Clark Wins Silver at World Seniors Championship
Peter Clark Wins Silver at World Seniors Championship
Congratulations to Dr Peter Clark, Vice President of Box Hill Chess Club, on his outstanding achievement at the 2026 World Super Seniors (+65) Chess Championship on the Greek island of Kos.
Peter achieved 2nd place in his rating group, proudly representing Australian chess on the international stage. In addition to his silver placing, Peter was also recognised with the special “Longest Journey” award.
A wonderful achievement from a long-standing member, leader and supporter of the Box Hill Chess Club community. Congratulations Peter!
