When our women come to jewelry class, they have an incentive to arrive on time and work efficiently. They are allowed to keep 40% of their own handiwork to sell in their own creative ways, while the other 60%, we keep in our stock for purchase.

Our proceeds go towards material and program costs, to keep the profit margin for the women high.
