Morse Code Training

Morse code will open the doors to you that includes low-power (QRP) and allows operators to make contacts all over the world with less power. Although Morse Code test is no longer required for any Amateur Radio license class it does give you access to amazing contacts when voice just doesn't work.

This is an instructor led class. Classes are entirely on-line and can be accessed anywhere with internet access from a desktop pc, mac, tablet , andriod or iphone mobile phone. 

We use a combination of the Koch and Farnsworth methods

Students will need to practice 15-20 minutes daily using software we'll provide.

Sending skills are finely tuned on a weekly basis.

QSO skills re taught live on the air, simultaneously assisted by internet video conference. We feel it’s important to get students on the air quickly to help mitigate any fears and to see the value of their studies.

April 6th, 2020 6:30pm-9:30pm Monday nights for 10 weeks.

July 9th 2020 6:30pm-9:30pm Thursday nights for 10 weeks.
