RESULTS
GC Racing will be collecting all the results from the meet using FinishLynx cameras and RFID timing chips. Results will be available live at https://gc.trackscoreboard.com/
AWARDS
We are expanding awards this year! There will be plaques for the top five D1 varsity teams and a special award to the overall team champions. Top 3 individuals will receive HOKA shoes, top 20 D1 individuals will receive event backpacks, the top 20 in each varsity race will receive medals and top 20 JV athletes in each race will receive ribbons. All awards will be available for pickup at the registration tent once results are posted, and there will be an awards ceremony for the D1 varsity race at the end of the meet.
PARKING
Parking is available on site just south of the course, not in the public parking area. All vehicles should enter via the south access road off of Chambers Creek Road and follow directions from attendants to park in the gravel lot just north of the start line area. When this lot fills up, there is a larger second lot that we will use just south of the start line area. See route:

COURSE MAPS
HIGH SCHOOL 5K COURSE
The course starts in the new event lawn, utilizes the driving range, and finishes in the central meadow of the park. The terrain is 100% grass and has rolling hills.
YOUTH 2.5K COURSE
The course starts in the new event lawn, continues in the driving range, and finishes in the central meadow of the park. The terrain is 100% grass and has rolling hills.
COLLEGIATE COURSES: 8K MEN AND 5K WOMEN
The course starts in the event lawn and finishes in the central meadow of the park, and involves loops between the driving range, the event lawn, and the park. The terrain is 100% grass, and has rolling hills. The women's course will be exactly the same as the high school 5k course.
HIGH SCHOOL ENTRY FEE
$100 for a high school boys and girls team / $75.00 for either a boys or girls team. Please have your accounts office send your entry fee by Thursday, October 3rd, and make the check out to Curtis High School. The mailing address is:

HIGH SCHOOL ROSTERS
Please submit your roster by Monday, September 30th. Rosters need to be entered using athletic.net (for entry instructions, click on link).
**When in doubt, enter the athlete. Any male athlete with an assigned number is eligible to compete in any male race, any female athlete with an assigned number is eligible to compete in any female race. No need to inform meet management about changes or drops. See the registration tent if an athlete hasn't been registered and needs a number.
2024 HIGH SCHOOL MEET INVOICE
YOUTH RACE
The Youth race is for middle school and elementary school teams and unattached runners. The race distance is 1.5 miles, and will follow the same course but finish after completing the first loop of the driving range. There is no registration fee for middle school and elementary school teams. Unattached individuals are $5. Register on athletic.net (for entry instructions, click on link).
*Day of race registration is available at the registration tent
COMMUNITY OPEN RACE
The Community Open Race takes place after the collegiate races and follows the same course as the other 5k events. The registration fee is $5 per person. Club teams and unattached runners are welcome to participate. Unattached registration can be done in-person on race day at the registration tent
Coaches are encouraged to participate free of charge (register in-person at registration tent).
COLLEGIATE RACES
Collegiate teams should contact Danny Richards at drichards@pierce.ctc.edu for more complete information. Registration will be on Direct Athletics.
Entry fee is $200 per gender ($400 for a full team), and make the check out to Curtis High School. The mailing address is:

APPAREL
There will be t-shirts and other apparel available for purchase at the entrance to the park, provided by Northwest Designs Ink.
