Dear Parents and Students,

I am excited to be your teacher this year for Pre-IB AP US Government. I am originally from New York (go Yankees, boo Red Sox), but grew up in Richmond. I moved to Newport News to attend Christopher Newport University where I majored in History and received a Master's degree in Teaching. I have been teaching at Warwick for 7 years.

My wife and I have been married for 6 years and recently had our first child in January. Before our lifestyle changed we have had the blessing of traveling to various parts of the world. Many experiences I bring back to the classroom to share with students involve our travels to Europe, Australia, the Caribbean, and South America. My favorite story to tell students is about eating guniea pig in Belize. It does not taste like chicken....
