Biography:

Welcome! I teach English 9 and Health at Village Oaks High School.

I am a Stockton and Lincoln Unified native. After graduating from Lincoln High School, I spent several years working in the restaurant industry in Stockton. When I decided to go back to school, I chose to move to Eureka, CA to attend College of the Redwoods. I then transferred to UC Santa Cruz and earned a degree in History. After graduating I moved back to the Stockton area to pursue a teaching career.

This is my third year at Village Oaks. I love working at this school because our small class sizes allow me to build strong relationships with my students and better meet their learning needs. I also appreciate working alongside the supportive and fun staff. I love my job!
